Requirements

• Ensure each stage of sales is completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure each stage of promotion is completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform sales activity that comply to financial procedures
• Maintain and update customer’s status data with detail records
• Receive and follow up inputs from channel of distribution
• Conversant with the products offered and notify related information to prospective customer
• Support in research promotion activity opportunities in various school and industry
• Conduct and follow up school canvassing process
• Arrange and conduct visits from prospective customer
• Assist in producing publicity documents and coordinate the distribution of all promotional materials
• Create promotion event report
• Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required
• Management Support Activities
