Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance (experience in crypto-native derivatives/trading preferred)
• Understand margin product logic with strong risk awareness; candidates with trading experience in financial products (e.g., Margin and Futures) are preferred
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good understanding of financial and blockchain trading business
• Strong critical thinking, communication skills, self-drive, and ability to learn quickly
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure
