Manager, Accounting

Binance.US is seeking a Manager, Accounting to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with internal controls and US GAAP standards. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely month-end close activities, audits, and financial reporting initiatives.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, CPA preferred, Big 4 Preferred
• Experience in Big 4 public accounting or fintech/crypto industries is a plus
• 5-8 years of progressive experience, preferably with corporate accounting experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in people management within an accounting function
• Experience with high-growth early stage companies is highly desired
• Proven ability to work in a remote environment and complete tasks independently
• Demonstrated experience streamlining processes and accelerating close timelines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior experience with Netsuite and ERP system implementations is preferred
