Implementation Leader

Implementation Leader responsible for executing on-time delivery of large scale and strategic client implementations, leading a team to successfully manage all stages of the implementation cycle.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a SaaS implementation environment
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience working with AMS, ERP, CRM, or similar systems engagements
• PMP Certification or equivalent strongly desired
• Skilled at enabling teams to meet organizational objectives and achieve high client satisfaction ratings
• Aptitude for developing software expertise, managing people, and building relationships with happy clients
