Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in business development, investment banking, or strategic partnerships within fintech/software/tech/payments sectors
- Experience driving complex strategic partnerships from discovery to launch
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Understanding of the fintech landscape and APIs
- Experience supporting complex negotiations and deal structuring
