We are looking for an EC&I CAD Draughtsperson to support our E/C&I design department in producing complete drawing packages. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD Electrical 2018, electrical schematic diagrams, and a strong team player mindset.
Requirements
- Support the E/C&I design department in producing complete drawing packages
- Produce fully automated drawings using AutoCAD Electrical 2018
- Develop specialised & appropriately detailed AutoCAD Electrical blocks
- Lay out accurate electrical and instrumentation panels
- Develop generic, re-useable circuits
- Use Autodesk Vault to control & archive file blocks and templates
- Run all report types (BOM, PLC I/O Terminals)
- Assist in developing and maintaining set electrical standards
- Update and modify drawings in line with Orbital QA procedures
- Provide CAD training and mentoring to Junior Engineers
