Job Description
BIGOS Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all operational and financial aspects of a property, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations. The role involves managing leases, collections, resident relations, maintenance, and personnel, with a focus on employee satisfaction and a company-first culture. Requirements
- Supervise move-in/move-out process.
- Maintain strict adherence to HUD and MHFA policies.
- Manage property assets and prevent maintenance problems.
- Manage rent collection and collection of delinquent accounts.
- Coordinate move-in/move-out process.
- Manage resident income collection and annual recertification.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and the site team.
