Biffa is seeking a Driver Trainer (LGV/HGV) to support safe and effective running of day-to-day operations, ensuring drivers meet statutory and legal requirements, and maintain driver safety and compliance. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, ongoing training, performance reviews, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
