Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Depot Manager, General Manager, or similar senior role within services, logistics, or transport.
- Experience managing profit and loss performance (desirable).
- Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) qualification (desirable).
- IOSH qualification (desirable).
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive performance.
