Job Description
SWRnewstar is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to support financial operations. This role focuses on handling administrative tasks, processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting the Accounts Receivable team with related activities. The position requires strong data entry and organizational skills, and includes interacting with subcontractors and internal stakeholders. The role is based in the Alton office and requires 37.5 hours per week.
Requirements
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with purchase invoices and statement reconciliation
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Administrative role
- Strong relationships with subcontractors
