Job Description
The Occupational Therapist (OT) will formulate and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, accelerate client success, and drive coordination of care with ABA services. They will ensure clinical quality, prescription fulfillment, ethical practice, and client outcomes.
Requirements
- Direct, design and implement programs for OT services for assigned clients
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Maintain a caseload of on average 25 billable hours/week
- Ensure client programming is ethical, appropriately individualized, and provided with integrity
- Keep current with professional literature, research, and best practices
