Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Support Officer to join our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, responding to live chats and emails, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Respond to incoming live chats and emails with a friendly and professional approach.
- Identify customer questions, concerns, and needs.
- Provide accurate answers and innovative solutions to customer inquiries.
- Address customer complaints with a compassionate demeanor.
- Redirect customers to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Perform KYC and due diligence reviews on new customer account openings.
- Review and validate customer profiles, following up with clients to resolve deficiencies.
- Collaborate with Support and Sales teams, as well as other departments.
- Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines.
