Job Description
BH Properties is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the operations of assets in Dallas, TX, primarily focusing on retail, industrial, and multi-family properties. The role involves maximizing value through operational efficiencies, strategic financial planning, and client relationship management. Responsibilities include property inspections, budgeting, negotiating leases, and financial analysis.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in finance, real estate, or related field
- 7-10+ years of commercial real estate asset management experience
- Strong financial analysis and asset level financial statement understanding
- Experience in lease management and metrics
- Knowledge of real estate accounting and design
- Experience with Yardi, MS Office 365, MS Excel, and Argus (a plus)
