Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to support clients by coordinating maintenance projects, workspace changes, design services, and office services. The role involves resolving tenant issues, assembling scope, tendering, financial administration, and contractor performance monitoring. It requires strong client management, project delivery, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
