Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Bilingual National Director of Real Estate Services to manage a large portfolio of commercial facilities for corporate clients. This role involves leading a team, ensuring service delivery meets objectives, fostering innovation, and supporting the Corporate Real Estate team to achieve its goals. It requires proficiency in French and English, along with strong leadership and project management skills.
Requirements
- Quebec Real Estate License required
- Post-secondary education majoring in business administration, finance, geography/urban planning or equivalent
- 10+ years of strategic real estate management experience
- Strong management skills for a large team
- MCR designation from CoreNet asset
- Valid driver’s license to commute to client premises
