Building Services Engineer

To ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times with regard to critical building systems, including routine PPM tasks and reactive and breakdown works to all M&E systems within the site.

Requirements

• Relevant knowledge of Air conditioning, UPS, Generators, LV systems
• Ability to fault find using graphical information and current alarm data
• Proactive approach to highlighting areas where improvements can be made
• Experience with Permit to Work System and Health & Safety procedures
• Ability to supervise and monitor sub-contractors' works
• Awareness of contractual KPI's/SLA's
• Proficiency in Computer Based Maintenance system, e.g. Maximo
