Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Bilingual Workplace Strategist – Change Management to work with clients and organizations to deliver solutions that promote innovation and collaboration within the workplace. The role involves implementing change management programs, engaging with stakeholders, and leading projects related to workplace transformation and strategy.
Requirements
- Knowledge of current change management methodologies
- Post-secondary education and/or professional certification
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, MS Project
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- 5-10 years of experience with workplace strategy services
