Job Description
BGB Group, a healthcare communications agency specializing in pharmaceutical advertising and consulting, is seeking a Senior Art Director to develop design concepts and visuals for various brands. This role involves overseeing design work, maintaining brand consistency, and providing guidance to internal and freelance teams. The agency emphasizes excellence and client service within the biopharmaceutical field.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Fine Arts degree
- 2+ years experience in pharmaceutical advertising
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated supervisory, management, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Excellent design skills (typography, color, photography, art)
- Knowledge of print and digital production
- Proficiency in Adobe creative suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, HTML, Aftereffects)
- Figma proficiency
- Excellent computer skills (desktop design, flash, etc.)
- Organizational and analytical skills
