Job Description
We're hiring an Arabic speaking HVC Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HVC team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, utilizing the full asset suite of Betway Global partnerships to deliver the world's best iGaming customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Proven working experience of account management in an iGaming company
- Experience in hosting customers
- Clear understanding of iGaming with strong knowledge on sports and casino products
- Strong AML, Responsible Gaming knowledge inclusive of SoW and SoF
