Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities
- Proven work experience in a similar HR role
- Good knowledge of Maltese labour law
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications)
- Good understanding of HR reporting metrics
