Senior Product Designer - Native Apps

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in product/UI/UX with significant time shipping consumer iOS/Android apps at scale.
• A portfolio of shipped native work showing end-to-end problem solving, interaction & motion design, and measurable outcomes.
• Figma expert with strong visual craft (layout, type, hierarchy), systems thinking, and component literacy.
• Comfort working with platform guidelines (HIG/Material), dynamic type, accessibility, localization, and offline/edge-case handling.
• Experience partnering with engineers and PMs from discovery → delivery → iteration, including A/B tests and user research.
• Proactive, pragmatic, fast — you unblock yourself, simplify complexity, and ship quality at speed.
