Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a BI, data analysis, or similar analytical role.
• Ability to communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, tailoring the message for both technical and business audiences.
• Strong proficiency with BI reporting tools (preferably Tableau) and a solid sense of effective data storytelling and visualization design.
• Ability to define and communicate requirements to data engineers and developers, ensuring smooth collaboration and accurate implementation.
• Advanced SQL skills, including query design, data validation, and troubleshooting across multiple data sources.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and identify actionable insights that improve business performance and processes.
