Job Description
Better Life Partners is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the development, scaling, and modernization of their technology platform, which powers clinical workflows, patient experience, reporting, and compliance. This role involves leading a team, ensuring operational excellence, driving delivery on the product roadmap, and mentoring engineers in a fast-paced environment. The company focuses on combining virtual and in-person care to help people address addiction and build a sense of belonging, love, and purpose.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 4+ years of leading engineering teams
- Experience in health tech or regulated industries
- Experience with SaaS platform management
- Strong knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy standards
