Better Health is shaking up the home medical supply world by offering a full-service solution that includes support, coaching, education, and home delivery. They're looking for a Member Care Agent to join their team, who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues, working with other teams to resolve problems, and creating processes for customer interactions.
Requirements
- Customer service experience, especially with durable medical equipment (DME)
- Experience in consumer healthcare
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
