We are looking for a HR Shared Services Manager to lead our Malta-based team and elevate the way we deliver core HR services across all our global hubs.
Requirements
- 5–6 years’ experience within an HR Shared Services or HRIS-focused role.
- At least 2 years’ experience leading a team within HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong background in designing and implementing HR processes, frameworks and ways of working, including documentation, hand-offs and escalation paths.
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering exceptional HR services at scale across global, high-volume operations.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems is a must, ideally using SAGE People.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to drive automation, design workflows and use innovative tools or AI to streamline administrative processes.
