Sports Trader, Esports - Daytime Shift

Betr is looking to hire a Sports Trader with enthusiasm and passion for the esports gaming industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing risk and liability of all esports games, monitoring league news and injuries, and adjusting Betr markets in coordination with market consensus.

Requirements

• 5 + years of experience trading in a DFS or Sports Betting platform
• Strong analytical skills and ability to calculate odds
• Problem solving and strong critical thinking
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Self-motivated and able to drive initiatives from end-to-end
