Job Description
Join the growing BILH team and make a difference in people's lives. As a Patient Access Representative, you will ensure efficient and welcoming patient experience in accessing healthcare at BILH. You will perform various functions to support an accurate, safe, and customer-focused registration process, either electronically, telephonically or in person.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- 1-3 years related work experience
- Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work successfully in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Able to process electronic information and data accurately and efficiently
