Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is part of an integrated cross-functional Finance team, working as an embedded Finance expert. They support the usage and maintenance of financial systems, analyze performance data, and provide insights to drive impact and better decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare Management
• 5 years of progressively increasing experience in healthcare Finance
• MBA and/or CPA preferred but not required
• Excellent analytic and verbal skills
• Ability to think creatively and work independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
