Inbound Appointment Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer and Sales Representative/Inbound Appointment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from potential, new, and existing customers, as well as conducting outbound calls to convert leads into qualified in-home appointments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center or sales role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong computer proficiency; ability to talk and type simultaneously
• Highly organized, with strong multitasking capabilities
• Financially motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
