The Recruiting/Personnel/HR Department is responsible for attracting new customers for kitchen studios and furniture stores, and supporting customers find suitable applicants and employees. As a practical placement, you will assist the team with preliminary interviews, organizational tasks, and documenting candidate information.

Requirements

• Completed a practical placement for your studies (e.g. business administration, business, human resources management, etc.) (at least 6 months)
• Good command of the German language and high-level language skills
• Empathetic approach, self-responsible work style, and team skills
• Good communication skills and ability to inspire others with a positive approach
