Job Description
BESIX Group is a leading Belgian group in construction, real estate development, and concession sectors. They are looking for a Project Leader - Civil Engineering to lead daily project execution, monitor work activities, and ensure safety policy compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor/master degree or equivalent by experience in complex infrastructure projects
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering
- Proven skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and change management
- Fluent in Dutch, English, and/or French
- Good technical background and MS Office skills (MS Project is a plus)
