We are looking for a Personal Affairs Specialist to strengthen our team at our location in Pößneck, Thuringia. Your challenges include independent execution of salary and wage statements, creation of contracts, and correspondence with social security authorities.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in commerce with a focus on personnel
• Relevant work experience in personnel or accounting
• Analytical skills and high affinity to numbers
• Independent, careful, and reliable work style, as well as good teamwork and sense of responsibility
• Safe verbal and written communication skills in German language
• Experience with a personnel administration system (SAP-HCM is desirable)
