Requirements
- Team leadership and coordination
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, tech & data, IT, course development, client care, sales, and marketing
- Planning and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and releases
- Development of clear value propositions and positioning for different target segments
- Definition of use cases, personas, and customer journeys
- Sales enablement: training, battlecards, presentations, FAQs
- Support of sales and customer service in positioning and claim handling as well as sovereign presentation of complex content
