Manager, Digital Marketing (Hip-Hop and R&B)

We are seeking a Manager of Digital Marketing to lead best-in-class marketing initiatives for A-level and developing Hip Hop and R&B artists. The ideal candidate will be a passionate digital marketer with expertise in hip-hop and R&B, living at the forefront of this culture and already connected to leading platforms, creators, and networks in this space.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing or social media, preferably in the hip-hop and R&B spaces
• Proven track record of successful campaigns and cross-functional collaboration
• Master of top social platforms, stay ahead of trends, and drive the creation and optimization of killer digital content
• Clear understanding of and passion for the global culture around hip-hop and R&B
• Ability to shape and execute cutting-edge digital strategies that elevate BMG's artist roster
