Job Description
We are looking for a Department Manager (m/f/d) Marketing to join our team. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for the social media strategy of the DeutschlandCard, drive the development of our brand identity, and ensure maximum visibility across all channels.
Requirements
- Lead, develop, and operate the marketing team with a focus on performance marketing
- Develop and implement a media strategy, responsible for planning and execution across full funnel and full channel
- Conceptualize, plan, and implement cross-channel awareness campaigns
- Manage interfaces with internal stakeholders and steer our external agencies (media, creation, social, SEO)
- Lead and develop an interdisciplinary team with a performance focus and foster agile and innovative working methods
