Project Manager-Mechanical Commercial Construction Projects

The Project Manager is responsible for the entire life cycle of a project from inception through closure, ensuring safe delivery, compliance with regulations, and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements
• Conduct operational project meetings
• Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor agreements
• Evaluate submittals
• Coordinate quality assurance and quality control
• Manage project's scope
• Perform financial set up of the project
• Conduct monthly project cost reviews
• Manage project's Accounts Receivables
• Manage project's Accounts Payables
• Obtain and coordinate lien waivers
• Ensure project's budget and scope are aligned
• Build and maintain strong relations with internal team members, customers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor status of Risk Management items
• Responsible for close-out documents
• Manage all warranty work
• Coordinate start-up and commissioning processes
