Job Description
Bern's Steak House is seeking a passionate and experienced candidate to join their management team. This role oversees all facets of the front-of-house operations, including product presentation, guest experience, and team guidance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent food and beverage knowledge, a dedication to hospitality, and a desire to continually expand their expertise in the restaurant and wine industries.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of previous dining experience (preferably fine dining)
- Minimum 2 years purchasing experience
- Strong and stable work history
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Proficient wine knowledge base
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, late nights and holidays
