Vice President, Impact

BerlinRosen is a fast-growing, full-service communications firm seeking a Vice President to join our Impact Team. The role involves leading strategy and managing account teams to advance fights in areas including health equity, workers' rights, racial justice and equity, economic justice, gender justice and environmental justice.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience working in political campaigns; government offices such as Capitol Hill, Executive Branch agencies, major City/State government; strategic communications; media relations; advocacy; journalism; or a related field
• Experience engaging and maintaining strong relationships with key reporters covering the top issues of the day
• Ability to multi-task easily and handle multiple assignments at once
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Experience managing, prepping and staffing high-touch principals
• Personal commitment to and knowledge of social justice
• Understanding of organizing and advocacy communications
• Experience managing people and successfully motivating, leading and mentoring a diverse team
