Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical attributes of our property, providing excellent customer service, and upholding community and corporate standards.
Requirements
- At least one year prior experience in the maintenance needs of a community
- Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance
- Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language
- Ability to use computers and related applications
