Deployment Project Manager, Warehousing

Berkshire Grey is looking for a motivated and experienced deployment project manager to join our team and implement automated and robotic solutions at customer locations. The Deployment Project Manager will oversee complex, large-scale projects that involve multiple stakeholders, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules/plans in PSA tool to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
• Define and document project scope, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project boundaries and deliverables.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Gather and organize the project team responsible for delivering the project scope.
• Develop and implement quality plans to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications and there is alignment between BG, Vendors, and Customer resources.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks through the development and maintenance of risk registers.
• Maintain issue trackers to document and resolve project-related issues promptly.
• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors to ensure the best quality and cost-effectiveness for project needs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
