Job Description
Berkadia is seeking a Director of Product Engagement to implement change management and adoption strategies for their digital product portfolio. The role involves consulting with stakeholders, leading teams, and owning the vision and execution of training and certification programs. This is a key position for driving innovation within the CRE industry.
Requirements
- Implement and refine change management and adoption strategies for Berkadia’s digital product portfolio.
- Consult and oversee the management of change and adoption efforts.
- Lead teams and provide direction to effectively manage change initiatives.
- Create and present updates and overviews to leadership.
- Evaluate the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting approaches as necessary.
- Assess the scope and readiness for change, developing effective plans to drive change and adoption.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
