Head of IT Operations (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Head of IT Operations to lead our IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance. The role requires technical expertise, operational management skills, and effective stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of professional experience in leading positions in the infrastructure area
• Sound knowledge of distributed network architectures (LAN & WAN) and cloud infrastructures (public and private IaaS)
• Experience in managing third-party providers that provide critical IT infrastructure and IT operations services
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, promote, and strengthen collaboration
