We are looking for an intern to work on further professionalizing our training programs, optimizing and structuring existing training programs, and strengthening the blended learning experience.

Requirements

• HBO or WO education in education, learning & development, HRD, applied psychology, communication science, or a comparable field
• Affinity with blended learning, instructional design, and digital learning environments
• Careful and structured work approach
• Proactive attitude and critical thinking about learning organization
• Enrolled at an educational institution throughout the entire internship period
