As a managing consultant in organizational development, you will work on strategic assignments for government leaders and managers, including municipalities, provinces, the national government, and partnerships. With your experience in organizational issues (hard and soft), governance, and change projects, you will lead projects that have an impact on the functioning of the public sector.

Requirements

• At least eight years of experience in the public sector
• Experience with both the hard side (management, structure, processes) and the soft side (leadership, culture, behavior) of organizational development
• Strong government and top management network
• Experience in project leadership and acquisition
• Master's degree, preferably in business administration, public administration, psychology, or economics
