Job Description
Benesch is seeking a Civil Site/Land Development Intern to gain hands-on experience in the planning, designing, and constructing of civil engineering projects. The internship provides exposure to real-world projects, technical drafting, data analysis, and project management, while offering valuable insight into construction practices. This position is designed to nurture talent from the ground up and offers opportunities for mentorship and career growth.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Previous internship or field experience is a plus
