Job Description
Benepass is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to design, automate, and scale the systems that power their internal operations and employee experience. The ideal candidate will have experience managing SaaS ecosystems, identity platforms, and endpoint management tools, with a focus on automation, licensing optimization, and integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems or SaaS administration
- Strong experience with Okta, including Workflows, Identity Governance, and SSO app integrations
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of SaaS tools, including license management, integrations, and data governance
- Demonstrable expertise with JAMF Pro and Google Workspace Admin for Mac and Chromebook environments
- Proficiency in automating IT and SaaS workflows via scripting, APIs, or integration platforms
- Ability to design, document, and iterate IT support processes, including asset tracking, ticket triage, and SLAs
- Clear, empathetic communication skills and experience working in a collaborative environment
