Counter Manager - Horsham

We are currently searching for a Part-time 22.5-hour Counter Manager to make real connections in John Lewis, Horsham. As a Counter Manager for a solo store, you'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Personally connect with customers, demonstrate products with passion, and consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall counter goals
• Develop innovative in-store and external events to boost sales and brand awareness
• Ensure the counter is always fully stocked and monitor inventory levels closely
• Act as a key communicator between store/department managers and area managers
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks
