Regional Market Medical Director – Northeast

Regional Market Medical Director – Northeast will serve as the physician-facing leader in the Northeast market, responsible for developing and deepening relationships with physicians, practice managers, and care teams. The successful candidate will partner closely with our physician engagement teams to influence practice transformation, advance value-based care initiatives, and support high-quality, cost-effective patient care.

Requirements

• Experience in a physician leadership role with responsibility for influencing practice behavior and clinical outcomes.
• Advanced knowledge of value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, and quality improvement strategies.
• Prior experience working in a population health, accountable care, or managed services environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the Northeast market.
