Technical Product Manager, Data Platforms

Bellwether is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join their Technology team. This role will involve driving data capabilities that power the company and clients, managing both technical integrations and client-facing processes. The manager will lead a team and collaborate with business leaders to deliver impactful solutions across the data platform space.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, business analysis, systems analysis, or technical program management with direct exposure to data platforms or enterprise integrations.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system analysis.
• Proven ability to assess current-state vs. future-state architectures and build pragmatic transition plans.
• Hands-on familiarity with ETL/data pipelines, APIs, integration patterns, and SQL-based systems.
• Practical experience with Databricks, Salesforce, Sigma, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in the financial sector with familiarity with finance data and reporting processes.
