Program Clinical Supervisor

The Program Clinical Supervisor is a leadership and clinical role responsible for providing clinical expertise and oversight of clients within Residential Treatment. The position involves providing administrative and clinical supervision, developing treatment plans, and providing professional clinical services to clients.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Valid Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT
• Strong clinical skills including expertise in systemic family therapy, crisis intervention, family education, behavioral interventions, group work and substance abuse therapy
